I have been working with the leasing staff for the past three weeks and my situation coming Into the application is complicated so I expected to just be brushed off and told to reapply when I had everything settled. Both staff members that I have been working with not only are incredibly patient with my situation but are helping me to make sure I get everything settled so we can move into an apartment. They have answered the phone during business hours whenever I call and respond to emails.
